OCD · Trauma · Sex & Intimacy · Therapy Intensives

Specialized therapy forthe things you'reafraid to say out loud.

For self-aware adults and couples who already understand their patterns and are ready for therapy that goes deeper than insight. Telehealth across Texas, Colorado, and Idaho. Some intensives can be arranged in person in Austin.

There is nothing you have to hide here.

The intrusive thought. The trauma your body still remembers. The sexual concern you've never told anyone. The relationship pattern you can't seem to change.

You don't have to make your experience more comfortable before you bring it here.

The Approach

Insight Was Never the Whole Answer

Understanding the Problem

You may already know where this comes from. We start by getting precise about what is happening now: the loop, the trigger, the moment things shift. Clarity about the present is what makes treatment possible.

Treating What Keeps It in Place

Problems persist for a reason. Andrea focuses on what is maintaining yours and chooses treatment accordingly, integrating ERP, EMDR, sex therapy, and nervous-system-informed and somatic work when clinically appropriate.

Practicing Change, Not Just Discussing It

Sessions are active. You practice new responses in the room and carry them into your week, so change happens in the places where understanding alone hasn't been enough.

Andrea Duran, LPC

Meet Andrea

I'm Andrea Duran, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas, Colorado, and Idaho. My approach is warm, direct, collaborative, and active.

I'm deeply human. I value authenticity, humor, curiosity, and conversations that go beyond the surface.

My goal is meaningful change in the places where understanding alone hasn't been enough.

What People Often Carry In

“I check, I ask, I look it up. For a moment it feels settled, and then the doubt comes right back.”

Getting Started

How It Begins

Three steps, and no pressure to decide anything before you've had a real conversation.

  1. Step 1

    Request a Consultation

A $100 clinical-fit conversation about what you're carrying and what you want to change. The $100 is credited in full toward your first paid session or intensive.

  2. Step 2

    Decide Together

Weekly therapy, an extended session, or an intensive. Together you'll look at which format fits, and whether this level of care is right for you.

  3. Step 3

    Begin the Work

Once there's a plan, you start. Direct, collaborative, and focused on what is keeping the problem in place.

Bring the thing you haven't said yet.

Start with a $100 consultation. The $100 is credited in full toward your first paid session or intensive.
