What Your Intensive Includes
Consultation and treatment planning establish the focus, timing, and recommended level of support before a schedule is set. The work may draw on EMDR, ERP, trauma-focused therapy, couples and intimacy work, somatic interventions, or preparation and integration when clinically appropriate.
Sessions can be distributed across extended appointments or treatment days. Follow-up recommendations reflect the work and your needs, not a preset package.

A $100 consultation is required before any intensive. The $100 is credited in full toward your first paid session or intensive.
Intensives have a separate deposit and cancellation policy, disclosed before booking.
Online custom intensive care is available while you are physically in Texas, Colorado, or Idaho. For some custom intensives, an in-person arrangement in Austin may be possible; discuss details at consultation.
