A Place for Your Specific Concern
Who I See
You can understand your patterns and still feel caught in them. Andrea works with adults 18 and over and couples who want to look closely at what keeps happening.

The People in the Room
Capable Does Not Mean Unaffected
You may be the person others turn to when something needs doing. At home, the same decisiveness may disappear into doubt, an argument that repeats, or a thought you cannot stop reviewing. People who look steady from the outside can still spend a great deal of energy getting through an ordinary day.
Andrea works with self-aware adults and couples. That includes professionals whose calendars leave little room to pause, new parents adjusting to a changed relationship, people who have done therapy before, and partners who want to understand what happens between them. These are ways a specific concern may show up in your life.
Appointments are by secure telehealth for people located in Texas, Colorado, or Idaho at the time of the session, in English or Spanish. You can bring what is happening now, even if you are uncertain which kind of therapy describes it best. In a first meeting, Andrea may ask what makes a particular day difficult and what you do when the familiar reaction starts. That detail helps separate a concern that needs regular attention from one that may benefit from a longer appointment.

The Work Meets a Real Life
These pages describe different ways the same wish for more honest, useful work can begin. You do not need to choose a category before requesting a consultation.
How Care Is Chosen
A Format for the Concern
In Individual Therapy, 50 minutes for $225 gives you regular time to examine a pattern and bring back what happened between appointments. Couples and Sex Therapy is $300 for 50 minutes when a shared conversation needs room for both people. A 90-minute Extended Specialty Session is $395 when the work calls for a longer appointment.
Some concerns fit concentrated time. ERP/OCD and EMDR Intensives are each $1,500 for 180 minutes. A $100 consultation is required before any intensive, so that Andrea can assess whether it is an appropriate format for what you bring. The $100 is credited in full toward your first paid session or intensive.
What matters in a first conversation is the detail: where the difficulty appears, what you have tried, and what happens immediately afterward. If you already know what the problem is called, that can be useful. If you do not, a description of one recent moment is enough to begin talking.
What Matters Here
You Are More Than the Role You Fill
Being a good parent does not stop an unwanted thought from feeling frightening. Being skilled at your job does not make an unresolved conversation with your partner less exhausting. Andrea asks about the particular moment that has become difficult, rather than treating your role as the whole explanation.
There is room to say that previous care was useful and still left something untouched. There is room to ask whether therapy together or separately makes more sense right now. You can discuss the concern as it is, without having to make it fit a polished account of yourself. If you have been putting off a conversation because you cannot decide where to start, one recent situation is enough to give the first meeting a focus.
