Where Everything Starts
The Consultation

A clinical-fit conversation, required before any intensive.
The $100 is credited in full toward your first paid session or intensive.
Insurance and Superbills
This is a private-pay practice, and no insurance is billed.
Superbills are available on request for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Whether you are reimbursed depends on your plan.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Please give 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged the full fee.
Intensives carry a separate deposit and cancellation policy, disclosed before booking. At consultation, you can discuss whether an in-person Austin arrangement is possible for an intensive.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs for your care. You can ask for one at any time, including before you book.
