Open Heart Healed Mind grew out of professional training and lived experience: specialized, evidence-based therapy that is human, nonjudgmental, and willing to go deeper than insight.
Depth + Efficiency
Some clients want protected hours with one piece of work instead of returning to it in 50-minute increments over many months. Extended Specialty Sessions and intensives give that work more concentrated, extended time.
Clinical + Somatic Integration
Rather than forcing every client into one modality, I focus on what is maintaining the problem and choose treatment from there. When clinically appropriate, I integrate nervous-system-informed and somatic work with ERP, EMDR, and sex therapy, slowing down to work with the body.
Structured Care
Sometimes the work calls for structured practice. We get precise about what is happening now: the loop, the trigger, the moment things shift. Then you practice new responses in session and carry them into your week.
