Protected Time for the Work

Therapy Intensives

More concentrated, extended therapeutic time for work that needs room to unfold. A thoughtful format, chosen together rather than assumed.

Why Concentrated Time

Hours Set Apart

Some people want protected hours to stay with one piece of work rather than returning to it in 50-minute increments over many months. An intensive makes space for assessment, active treatment, and reflection within an extended appointment.

Concentrated time is a different format, not a promise of a particular result.

The Shape of the Work

What Your Intensive Includes

A clinical-fit consultation comes first. From there, the focus and length of treatment are planned around your needs, with protected therapeutic time and space to consider what support comes afterward.

The exact work differs by intensive. Explore each option to see its particular approach and what may be included.

A Fit Conversation

Is an Intensive Right for Me?

You want extended, focused time for a specific concern and can participate in active outpatient therapy.

An intensive is not crisis care or a substitute for a higher level of care. The consultation is where Andrea considers clinical fit with you, including whether weekly therapy, an intensive, or another option makes more sense.

The Practical Details

Before You Book

A $100 consultation is required before any intensive. The $100 is credited in full toward your first paid session or intensive.

Intensives have a separate deposit and cancellation policy, disclosed before booking.

For telehealth intensives, you must be physically in Texas, Colorado, or Idaho during treatment. Some intensives may be arranged in person in Austin; ask about the details at consultation.
