Describe what you did after the unwanted thought arrived, even if the action seemed too small to mention. That is often where Andrea will begin.
Sessions and Fees
Choose the Right Amount of Time
For unwanted thoughts and repeated checking, Individual Therapy is $225 for 50 minutes, with a 180-minute ERP/OCD Intensive at $1,500 if that format fits.
Sessions follow Mountain Time and take place through secure video. You must be physically in Colorado at the time of care, not merely a Colorado resident.
