Andrea starts by asking when that alarm appears now and what helps you stay present. If EMDR is considered, preparation comes before any memory processing. If you can, tell Andrea about a recent moment when your body reacted before you could make sense of what was happening.
Sessions and Fees
Choose the Right Amount of Time
For trauma work, Individual Therapy is $225 for 50 minutes; a 180-minute EMDR Intensive is $1,500 if extended time is clinically appropriate.
Denver appointments follow Mountain Time. You can attend from elsewhere in Colorado as long as you are physically in the state during the session.
