Relationships on Your Terms
Ethical Non-Monogamy and Polyamory
Agreements, jealousy, and care for multiple partners deserve conversation without an agenda to change your structure.

The Relationships You Have
A Structure Is Not the Problem
Perhaps you are opening a relationship and disagree about pace. Maybe an agreement made months ago no longer describes what either of you needs. Jealousy can feel embarrassing even when everyone consented. Andrea does not treat monogamy as the goal or assume an open relationship explains every difficulty.
You can talk about what each person agreed to, which questions remained unspoken, and what happened when a boundary was tested. Specific conversations are more useful than a debate about whether a relationship structure is good or bad.
Before an Agreement
Questions Worth Naming
01What does each person understand the agreement to mean?
02Which information helps and which starts another argument?
03How will you bring up a change before resentment builds?
Clarity is not the same thing as controlling another person.
Shared Work
Talk About Agreements You Can Live With
In couples sessions, Andrea helps slow conversations that collapse into blame or reassurance. One partner may want more information while another feels scrutinized. You can examine what an agreement actually asks of each person and how changes are communicated to everyone affected.
An individual session may focus on your own reactions: jealousy, fear of being replaced, or pressure to seem entirely comfortable. Being affirming does not ask you to ignore discomfort. Your experience can be heard without a therapist trying to redesign your relationship.
Ways to Meet
Time for a Postponed Conversation
Couples and Sex Therapy is $300 for 50 minutes. Regular sessions can hold questions about agreements, trust, and how partners return to one another after a difficult exchange. Individual Therapy is $225 for 50 minutes if you want to think through your own experience first.
For concentrated time together, the Couples & Intimacy Intensive is $1,750 for 180 minutes. It requires a $100 consultation beforehand. The $100 is credited in full toward your first paid session or intensive. You and Andrea can discuss whether a longer meeting is suitable, rather than assuming one conversation will settle every concern.
Practical Care
Bring Your Actual Relationship
Andrea provides secure telehealth to people located in Texas, Colorado, or Idaho at the time of care. You need not simplify a relationship with multiple partners to be understood. The first task is clarifying who is seeking therapy and what that person or couple wants to address.
Therapy can address a specific disagreement or a broader pattern. It cannot decide the right structure for you, and it does not require everyone connected to a relationship to attend. The people participating in care can talk through what is within their control.
