In Boulder
Care That Does Not Add a Commute
Boulder is a college town with busy academic and professional routines. Being surrounded by people who seem to be managing everything can make a private struggle feel harder to name.
You may be excellent at explaining a pattern and still spend evenings caught in it. A video session can give that gap between insight and action careful attention. Clients meet online, since this practice has no local office or in-person service. By secure video, Andrea works with adults and couples physically in a licensed state; she is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas, Colorado, and Idaho.
What Brings You In
Begin with One Specific Moment
Perfectionism might turn a small uncertainty into hours of revision or comparison. In therapy, the focus can be on what the checking protects you from feeling, and what it costs.
Andrea may ask you to walk through one recent decision rather than describe your whole personality. What you did after doubt appeared helps determine whether ERP or another approach fits. You might walk through one email you rewrote again and again, or a choice you delayed because neither option felt certain.

Boulder uses Mountain Time. Appointments are online for adults and couples physically located anywhere in Colorado during the session.
